These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SugarClash and related online services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. Contact: [email protected].
SugarClash is an online competitive match-3 game. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
You must comply with the age and account rules of your platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) and provide accurate information where requested. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to cheat, harass others, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the service in prohibited ways, overload systems, or use automated means to gain unfair advantage. We may enforce consequences including warnings, suspensions, or bans.
In-game items, ranks, or benefits may be digital only and have no real-world cash value unless required by law. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple/Google and our billing stack; refund and billing disputes may be subject to store policies.
If you submit content (e.g. usernames), you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You must have rights to what you submit and not upload unlawful or harmful material.
SugarClash names, artwork, code, and branding are protected. Do not copy or misuse our IP except as allowed by law or express permission.
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits/data, arising from your use of SugarClash.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.
Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SugarClash’s operator as determined in ordinary course, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy (/v1/legal/privacy).
