This Privacy Policy describes how SugarClash (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our competitive match-3 game and related online services operated by SugarClash. For questions about this policy, contact: [email protected].
We use the information above to operate, secure, personalize, analyze, bill (where applicable), and improve SugarClash, and to communicate about the service where permitted.
SugarClash provides an optional global leaderboard. Before your score is shown on the global leaderboard, we ask for your explicit in-app consent.
We may share limited data with subprocessors strictly as needed—for example hosting, billing (RevenueCat), payment platforms (Apple App Store / Google Play), and analytics—as required to run SugarClash. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information only as long as needed for gameplay integrity, subscriptions, backups, audits, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize where reasonable.
If you are below the minimum age required in your country to consent to processing, do not use the service without parental or guardian authorization where legally required.
You may delete your account from the SugarClash app under Profile → Delete account. That removes your server-side profile and related gameplay records tied to your account, subject to limited retention where law requires.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information, or to object/restrict processing. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond consistent with applicable law.
Subscriptions: Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your platform account settings; deleting your SugarClash account does not automatically cancel store billing.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes may be signaled in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes means an updated acceptance of the posted policy.
